The IDN Group has been supplemented by a furniture care service company IDN Logistic.
The IDN Group, the group of enterprises belonging to Fulvio Cancelli, a businessman who represents Italian furniture manufacturers in Lithuania, was supplemented by a new member – the IDN Logistic, a company rendering services of furniture transportation and assembly, maintenance, replacement of case furniture details, and minor repairs.
The IDN Logistic, which supplemented the group of companies incorporating the IDN Home, IDN Production, and IDN Contract, will be in charge of Arturas Samulionis.
“Our clients are offered with work on furniture production, interior design, and construction project management, but lately we have observed a notable increase in the demand for the services of not only delivering new furniture, but also their maintenance and repair. With a glance to this need of the customers, we have decided to set up within the IDN Group one more company which would specialize exactly in this area”, – says the businessman F. Cancelli.
Head of the company states that IDN Logistic will render its services not only to those who acquire the IDN Group furniture, but also to people who buy from other producers.
“It does not matter whether a person bought furniture from our company or from somewhere else. We will be able to offer them our service – to assemble and maintain the furniture. In case of need, we will be able to produce and replace case furniture details. We see that this business niche is little used, so we hope that this kind of activity will supply the whole group of companies IDN Logistic with considerable added value,” – says head of the IDN Group.
The companies IDN Home, IDN Production and IDN Contract, all owned by the IDN Group, offer their customers not only retail space furniture, but also interior design and construction contract and supervision services. The company was entrusted with equipment of such hotels like the Holiday Inn, the Palanga spa, the National Hotel, the Em System office, etc.
- Cancelli, a 46 year-old Italian businessman, has been living and conducting his activities in Lithuania for 23 years already.
